It has many adjustable parts.It's very comfortable when you adjust everything correctly.Pros:Good height adjustmentGood arm height adjustmentGood back height adjustmentGood seat adjustmentGood headrest.Good leaning back.Cons:The head adjustment should have more of a height adjustment for tall people although it's good for average size people.The arms should rotate more inwards and outwards as well.
