Called and ordered ribbons once, no problem. Starting having printing problems (ink was blurring the date and time). Switched to a new ribbon-no change. Called the service department, waited over 40 minutes to talk to someone only to be told that it was a printer head problem and the ONLY solution was to buy a new time clock.
